Its unfortunate that Leonard had to repair a vast amount of damage that the technician Travis did to our new unit. Leonard kept the promise he made to repair the damaged components and electrical damage that should have been fixed and replaced by the original technician. Leonard is a true asset to your company and has pro.ised us that he will be the only person to come out to service our HVAC going forward. He has given us faith back to your company.
