Customer support is almost non existent, takes day...

Customer support is almost non existent, takes days to reply to any form of messages . No way of contacting them via phone or online chat. On top of that, no help was given but instead makes the customer go liaise with the payment method merchants instead of them doing it themselves.
All codes, bank approval code , transaction id given to show proof of purchase and yet they say nothing could be done and was asked to contact the payment merchant when it is them who should be the ones since the system is on their side.
Good customer service is essential for a business. congrats i will no longer use your services.
