Mercy's Billing Department is the worst. After a year of trying to sort out a payment for a procedure, they sent me to a collection agency. They charged me for services, withdrew the amount from my account and then denied me making the payment. It took months for me to prove payment even though I had a confirmation from them. Just when I thought it was over, I received a letter stating my personal information has now been compromised due to someone accessing an employee email account. Pull it together.
