I have received dozens of letters from this compan...

I have received dozens of letters from this company, addressed to a resident who has not lived at this address for 3 years. Each letter has been returned to Civil Enforcement Ltd with an explanation that the addressee is not at this address.

I have even written to CE Ltd suggesting an alternative address to try (they are addressing the letters C/O a registered company, but my address is not that company's registered office address), and yet still the letters arrive, despite the fact that I have also notified them that this is now a breach of the GDPR as they are sending personal information to an address which they have been notified is incorrect.

The letter received today shows "LETTER BEFORE ACTION" through the envelope window. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but they don't seem to have a phone number for general enquiries - the phone number provided on their website requires the entry of a PCN number which I obviously cannot provide because I'm not about to open post addressed to someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
