Careem in general is fine, and I like they added normal Dubai taxis there.
But customer service is the worst! Theres no number on the app, i googled it, called them, and it was absolute terrible as I couldnt even talk to anyone - the pre recorded message says something like you can only reach us if youre currently waiting for a ride, if you are currently in the cab and something else, cant remember and then hung up on me, awful, needed to ask them why my Skywards miles are not being added - thats another big thing im unhappy about, I use Careem almost everyday and I am really annoyed my skywards miles are not being added.
