We had a perfect experience here. Lyman helped me through the process of test driving the use cars I had been eying, answering my questions, being patient, being passionate about Volvos and the car I was checking out, all while applying no pressure or haste, and all while being personable and enjoyable to be with. Even after I had handed over the check, Lyman was still excited to show me more of the car's features. I felt so good test driving the car and even better driving off the lot (contrast this to my constant worry and something-doesn't-feel-right experience at Trax Auto Wholesale the night before in San Mateo).
