I'm not leaving a 5-star review because I was just so over the moon pumped to have had to pay the Wilber Group a ton of money. In fact, I'm still frustrated about it. However, what is remarkably important to mention is their customer service. Not everybody, but STEPHANIE in particular. Over the span of the last 3 months I've had to call the Wilber Group several times. Every time I did, I asked specifically for Stephanie (she wasn't always available, but I always walked away satisfied when I got to speak with her). Stephanie has an innate ability to to work compassionately with people, especially in very difficult and stressful situations. I'm a generally skeptical person, but I believed what I was told if Stephanie was the one who told it to me. She made me feel as though she ACTUALLY cared about my circumstances. She didn't simply give me everything I wanted all the time, but she was ALWAYS kind, and I always felt like she was doing the absolute best for me that she could. I've spent far more time on the phone with service representatives that I'd like to admit, Stephanie is without a doubt one of the best I've ever dealt with. I'm very very grateful that Stephanie is who originally contacted me from this organization. As a small business owner myself, she has what I look for in employees; great problem-solving, wonderful customer service, and demonstratble compassion. The Wilber Group is fortunate to employ her, and I truly hope both she and the company know how grateful I am to her. Wilber Company, 3 stars without Stephanie. Wilber Company WITH Stephanie? Easily a 4, verging on a 5. (I mean... I'm still paying money I wish I wasn't... but she made the pill go down much easier.) Thank You Stephanie!
