A terrible experience. Bad service, rude, disrespectful and unprepared staff. The whole hotel (from the carpet to the staff) conveys a feeling of abandonment and neglect. It is not even possible to wash because the shower alternates jets of cold and hot water. In conclusion: at the time of check-out we pointed out our disappointment due to various inefficiencies and, instead of apologizing and maybe giving us a discount, they tried to charge us 60 euros more due to extra services we had never used. Really grotesque. To never again.
