I am shocked! The service department is exception...

I am shocked! The service department is exceptional. They are accountable if they have an issue but in 9.9 of 10 visits everything goes perfect. They go out of their way to make sure your looked after with fairness and respect. They go an extra mile and then another. I'm very pleased with every visit. I have been coming here since dec 2012 and always been treated right. They do the little extras for you that make it special while you are there. It's my first BMW and it wasn't even an expense one, I feel respected however.
