Why is it totally impossible to reach them by phone? It goes off the hook but the numbered choices of the services offered are not taken into account, response if you tap on a number "your request is not understood" weird. As long as they read me to "fix" this problem ". At worst I will go there being from the region but good not nearby either. If someone happens to join them give me a thank you :)
