The cleanliness of the hotel was beyond disappoint...

The cleanliness of the hotel was beyond disappointing as was managements response! We stood here for a week, and to our disgust there were public hairs found in the washcloths!!! I found Pubic hair in multiple washcloths each day for the first three days. Day 1 I called and asked to speak to management was advised he was busy and would contact me, he didnt. Day 2 I found more pubic hair belonging to someone else on what was suppose to be clean washcloths. I called again advised them I had the same issue and that I was disappointed management never contacted me. They just apologized again and no manager ever called. Day 3 again I found more public hairs belonging to someone else smh. By this time I accept the fact that no manager cared to do anything about it or apologize personally for the nasty discovery, so I called down Again requesting clean wash cloths. By day 4 we finally had clean washcloths in our room. At least it seemed house keeping was aware so no one else would experience that gross discovery. Also beds aren t comfortable. The bathroom had terrible leakage both from the sink and shower, floor would get wet everytime you used either. And hotel is older. Would NEVER stay here again and neither should anyone else who cares to have clean washcloths to put on their bodies. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. What manager doesn t call to apologize after a complaint like that? No one should have to experience what we did, absolutely disgusting!!!!
