Staffs are not proactive but committed to the service. This is my first visit to this branch, at the time of taking cash services it was so quick but on the other hand while faving customer service like credit card, it was absolutely beyond the banking manner. Waiting time was 26 mins and then I was answered by one of lady staff that she is unable to provide service since she need to open lock-up. There are good countable female staffs.
However, this is an AD branch with good numbers of customer
