Been a loyal customer for over 10 years with 2 vehicles, and was in a jam this week with water coming into the car with all the rain. Set a late afternoon appointment and they wanted to charge me $250 just to look at it. When I asked for a loaner, they said it would be a rental since they weren't charging me $400. Went to a local mechanic who cleared the clog in the sunroof for $60. Now I look forward to deleting email reminders for maintenance from Sunnyvale Toyota. I found an honest, local, and non-corpoarate entity to take my w Toyotas to. Thanks Sunnyvale Toyota for helping me take a stand against the gauging greed that continues to prosper across the Bay Area.
