Honestly, if I could give more stars, I would! From the initial contact at a home show at the Convention Center, to the bid from Ryan (who spent close to 6 hours with us explaining and demonstrating and helping us with our choices), to emails and phone calls with our project manager Sarah, to the install this past week, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We had 17 windows and 1 sliding patio door (changed to French door) replaced in our 30+ year old home. The windows themselves are beautiful - and we already notice the difference in our home - we have not needed to use our ductless unit at all to control the temperature in our living area! But the main reason I would like to leave more than 5 stars is due to the installation crew - Matt Q, Jon M, Brian S and Pete (joined the team on the last day to replace Brian). They arrived on time every morning (5 day job), were very professional at all times, did a fabulous job with the install - some windows are very large and others in hard to reach locations. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and I swear they left my home cleaner than when they first arrived! And I especially want to call out Matt, the team leader - he did all the frame work on the inside of the new French door in our living room that leads out to our deck - it is beautiful beyond belief! Thanks Matt! Obviously I would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking to replace 1 window or an entire household. Thanks to everyone involved - we will treasure the windows and the experience always!
