Buckeye has great delivery (download and upload) speeds, that in my 5 years of using them, I have had almost no issues. What they seem to only get 3 of my stars for are their prices, and customer service. My bill went way up after a promotional period, and I was paying almost $100 for internet only (which was not forwardly discussed when we signed up). Also, the data caps seem a bit ridiculous. When you call in to discuss the increase in cost, their people do not seem very happy to talk with you. They are a bit snarky and unapologetic (which is not typical in the customer service industry). As far as i'm concerned, their internet works fine, just pray you don't actually have to talk to them.
