This is the worst place you can imagine. My old employer transferred my retirement fund over to them as an IRA unbeknownst to me. It s been a nightmare ever since. I received a letter a week ago stating they have taken over my account and they took out multiple fees, which I completely feel like it s unfair. Furthermore, I want to transfer my money to another retirement fund and I am trying to start the process but it seems like it would be a long and tiring process. I am very frustrated with this company to say the least.
