Ordered a Christmas tree ornament. When trying to track the shipment. USPS advise they had no record of the number. Called Walmart who I ordered it through and Christmas Central. Sent three e-mails to both companies. Left a phone message with Christmas Central. Neither company returned my calls or e-mails. Item still has not arrived, was supposed to arrive on December 9th. When you call Christmas Central you are put on hold for about thirty minutes and then they tell you they can't answer your call, leave a call back number. Customer service is lousy here.
