Luis S. did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue with my furnace. After showing up expecting to replace a control board (diagnosed by another tech), he quickly realized the board was not the problem! He spent over 3 hours eliminating all possible issues and never once tried to sell me a part that wasn t needed. He even removed the new control board and put the old one back when he found this wasn t the issue! Throughout the whole process he kept me informed, explaining everything he was checking and answering my questions. He made sure my heat was working consistently before he left and that my new thermostat was set correctly. I truly appreciate Luis hard work and honesty. He is a true asset to your team.
