Excellent customer service since 3 years and always very competitive

I have been dealing with Carlton Leisure since year 2009 and I always had one contact person since I have started using their service. Mr John Joy is a great personality who always goes that extra mile to help me in finding the right ticket and of course the right pricing.

John is very patient and had always listened to what I have to say. There are occasions where I had to change my booking a few times before I gave him the final confirmation and I really appreciate his patience and consideration on all occasions. It s been an absolute pleasure working with Jon and I must have used John s service for about 10 times by now and every time I get outstanding customer service from Mr Joy. I will certainly recommend anyone to try and use John s service for all their travel related needs.
