If I could give a zero, I would. While staying at the W Hotel in Austin one of their staff members stole a very expensive pair of Louis Vuitton shoes right out of my suitcase as well as my friends sunglasses. I filed a claim with their security and insurance team and they did absolutely nothing. I will never stay at a W hotel or support them in anyway again. If you stay at this hotel, make sure to lock up everything or just don't let the maids into your room because they are thieves and dishonest employees and hotel management will protect them.
