HORRIBLE. Met friends who were staying there for drinks and dinner. The place is beautiful but beyond that it was awful. Lame lacking service. Staff decided to close the pool restaurant and bar 2.5 hrs early and not serve us or anyone else trying to get drinks and dinner. Earlier it took forever to get served at the half empty plane bar. Drinks and snacks good but not enough crackers for the food. They had to send out for more (and warned us this was going to take a long time). At 8:30 PM the cleaning staff started vacuuming the plane bar right in the middle of the now bigger crowd trying to enjoy their drinks. Rude and the carpet was already clean. Tons of staff doing nothing throughout the complex. Elevator doors that don t shut. Only one staff on the ball at the three bars / restaurants that we went to and he was doing double duty between the bars.

Signage to actually find the place was LACKING. One portable sign was turned around to send us back to the parking garage. No signs in the garage. You could see it. We were super close but with barriers at street level you couldn t get there. If you enter via terminal 5 go down to baggage level and turn right and look for a poorly marked elevator.

Sadly, I could go on and on about how awful the place was, but that would result in a novel.

It was great to see our friends but we will not be back until this place gets its act together (if it can). Our friends overnight stay consisted of ongoing problems one after another.
