I recently bought my 'first' bicycle. This was a special purchase as all I had before was second hand and not necessarily what suited me. JLo was really patient and offered to communicate via whatsapp which made it extremely convenient. It was refreshing that she took the time even though it was not a particularly expensive item. She followed up until the item was delivered. Great work JLo! I now have my first NEW bike and the fact that there were no glitches made the experience even better.
