What on earth have Enfield Council done regarding ...

What on earth have Enfield Council done regarding the food waste bins?? The brown bin is so small that it will overfill in 1 week so the food waste will have to be put in to the normal bin. I have tried to speak to someone regarding this issue but it seems that you cannot talk to anyone in Enfield Council regarding this issue. Shame on you Enfield Council - as others say you are quick to take payment for services but your customer service is disgusting!
