Review of Marriott Detroit Southfield

The stay was fine.. however I was there for 6 days...

The stay was fine.. however I was there for 6 days and upon check out I was asking if my discount could be applied and if my rewards number could be added to my stay. She took my info re: my rewards and said she applied it. She did NOT. Then regarding my discount, without even inquiring about it - said I had the best rate already. She just came across as if she did not want to help. The look on her face told it all, so I just walked away & decided to handle through corporate. It's unfortunate that even though I stayed there in March, it's May and I still have to follow up.
