I've shopped here since my grandfather brought me when Abercrombie and Fitch still sold shotguns and canoes next door, and only here since 1985. Pity I live in sandals in the tropics: It;s impossible to wear out their clothes.
To their credit, their shops in Tokyo & Osaka... understand that some people- like me- have different proportions
There's nothing in the store that is not reasonable for some occasion. I read the two complaints about less flexible tailoring and hope the new [Japanese] owners focus on quality. No one who shops there is looking at price tags. So keep the service level up.
