I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Hybrid with Jef...

I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi Hybrid with Jeff, one of the sales and leasing agents. Jeff was not only extremely knowledge but managed to get me one heck of a deal (over $11,000 in rebates, coupons, and sale price). My payment did go up just a bit but Jeff made sure I understand why it was going up (Et al. a more expensive car and I had a mileage fee from my last car that was rolled into my payments) and gave me time to calculate and make certain I could afford the payments. Jeff was kind, understanding, non-judgmental, and VERY knowledgable about the car I purchased. When I went to pick it up after delivery, he sat with me in the car for about 30 - 45 minutes explaining as many details of the car as he could in that time. I had the same car before but it was not a Hybrid so I was totally in the dark about how to use a hybrid and how to drive it most efficiently. While I did find the information session the other day with Jeff extremely helpful I do think it would be even more helpful if Sill-Tehar Ford did some sort of class for new Hybrid owners and lessee's so that they can get the most out of their new Ford hybrid. I think that time Jeff and I spent in the car was SUPER helpful, there is just so much more to learn about driving a hybrid that you cannot cover in 45 minutes. So my point is that I think it would be really nice to have some class or some sort of referral to a class from Sill-Tehar. I am by no means disappointed in my experience though but did just wanted to make the suggestion. Jeff DID go above and beyond any other car salesmen that I have ever purchased or leased from. Jeff also invited me back to the dealership any time I had a question or needed help he also said to text him or call with questions if that was more convenient. Also, during the leasing process they did not have the exact car I needed/wanted so when they found it and it was going to take out a day to get to the dealership. So Jeff put me in an awesome Lincoln MxZ that was VERY fun to drive for a day. He made sure I was taken care of and happy with the experience. I knew from my past dealings with Sil-Terhar and using their service department that I would prefer my experience here over the other dealership I dealt with but I just didn't realize HOW MUCH more I was going to enjoy the lease process. Yes, you read that right, I ENJOYED the lease process. It was fun, exciting, and I am VERY pleased with me new car. Finally, the dealership does not project that typical "car salesmen/dealership," vibe. They, and especially Jeff, appear to talk to you just as you would a friend and they don't try to "sell" you the car, rather than help you decide what you really want but informing you of all of your options, then they go out and get whatever you want for you as long as it is available somewhere. Thanks Jeff and team for your help! I will be back soon and will definitely be leasing my next car or even buying my hybrid at the end of my lease!!!
