I can't thank Ty and Brian enough for my experience this weekend purchasing my 2012 Ford Edge. #1, I have never had an easier car buying experience in my life! This is not the type of place that keeps you in the lobby while they talk secretly and come fill you in here and there and squeeze every penny they can out of you while doing it.....I sat right at the desk the whole time with them through the whole process and got to hear how hard they were working for me. I just filed bankruptcy last week so I was EXTREMELY nervous even being there and just felt so out of place until I walked in the door and spoke with them and they made me feel so welcome and understanding and the want to help me.....and with NO MONEY DOWN I walked away with a BEAUTIFUL CLEAN SUV that I am still in shock belongs to me after everything I just went through financially......Ty even helped me get new car insurance which saved me another $70 a month. They did everything they could and more just to help me leave there happy and with a new car. I will refer all my friends and family here for sure!!! My hunny and I will be going back here soon for his trade in and this place definitely has a return customer from me when I am ready to come back for another car. Such an awesome team here and can't wait to go back and visit my new friends =) I will never go to another dealership again!
