Very disappointed had a Virgin experience spa day ...

Very disappointed had a Virgin experience spa day with champagne lunch. Arrived not enough gowns available. Went for treatment never asked to complete a medical form as required at other spas. Went for lunch given a different menu with minimal choices as we were on the experience didn't like any of the 3 main meal choices so requested normal menu to order and pay the difference. Ordered and when the meal came mushrooms instead of onion rings and all the waitress kept coming and saying to my daughter full in her face sorry about the mushrooms. Glasses were not shining. Very off putting. Also have a cream tea booked on a virgin experience let's see what that is like. Couldn't wait to leave for home. Forgot to say my choice from the 3 choices on the menu was fish and chips which were very greasy. I have had better on Skegness sea front. Was thinking off come back for a bigger function but after today this is very doubtful.
