Casey QuickelReview ofPalmers Grill
My friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat/...
My friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat/drink and unwind after a wild day at work. We went to two other places before we called Palmers. The other places had 50minute waits, but we just couldn't wait that long. Palmers offered the option of getting a drink while you waited, and it was lovely. We were already feeling better about our day when we got sat in Tristan's section. She was so friendly, and had an immediate way of connecting. She was busy, but still made us feel like she would give us her undivided attention. She happened to overhear a conversation between me and my friend about me being vegetarian, so the menu isn't completely the best option for me (but the drinks and location are beautiful that it is worth it). Anyway, I ordered a simple pasta dish, and she said she overheard that I was vegetarian and she can have them add some roasted vegetables to the dish, and I couldn't have been more thankful. I love veggies, and she was just great about it. I had no idea it was even an option, so I am so grateful she was our person that evening. I've always had great service here, but this went above and beyond. I am glad the other places had ridiculous waits, because this experience was perfect. We will definitely be back!
