TW & GSO have been consistent. I've only had 1 problem out of approximately 50 orders.(Impressive)
One time I received a broken rod. (I assume it happened during shipping) TW customer service questioned my integrity, which I had to defend, before they sent a replacement. I can understand why but it still ruffled my feathers a little. It's the downside of ordering online that will always be there.
