Oct. 9th, 2017. 8pm. Didn't call ahead of time for reservations so my wife and I decided to wing it and walk in. It works and we get seated within 10 minutes. We usually get seated in a booth, but this night we get seated in the open restaurant right past the bar. We get seated next to some suit and two younger ladies that have seemingly had their fill of drinks and are very lively.

What I love about this place is the service is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. Everyone works as a team to get drinks, appetizers, and orders precisely correct. Even the general manager dropped in to see how things were going.

I ordered my drink of choice, Old Fashion Bulleit rye and the wife orders a cabernet. Drinks are superb, albeit on the pricier side. Initially, the intent was to get the Cowboy cut of steak. A 57 oz. cut of juicy meat, wonderful marbled fat and bone. Originally, this cut off steak was $99 and comes with 1 side. This same entree is now $116 with one side. (None to happy about this part). Another option I was told about was a special of the night. A USDA PRIME PORTERHOUSE of the top 2/3 of 1/% of steaks in the USA. I would say about 35-40 oz. PRIME meat. And of course it did not disappoint. Mouth watering USDA PRIME steak sent my taste buds to a divine place. Add a tantalizing lobster mac and cheese and whipped potatoes for a whole entree at $150.

Now, I wish this was an everyday thing, but then I would probably be in the top 2/3 of the 1% of the unhealthiest in the USA and broke. In the end, this was an amazing dinner with my wife and an amazing experience, save for the bill. Nonetheless, this is a steakhouse I will return to again and again and again.
