What a disaster. I don t mean to be rude in these posts so I hope that the owners of the facility can learn and become better through experience, but this was my experience.
I had a group of 8 people with me and to start off, the server didn t even show up until half an hour after we sat down. (Don t get me wrong, our server s personality was very likeable and attitude was phenomenal but the speed was just not there) it took us a total of 1 hour and 17 minutes to get our food after we sat down to eat and that s just unacceptable to me.
Now the food was interesting. Visually apealing, but the flavour was just not there. Overly salted and imbalanced flavours left a horrible taste in our mouths. Two people sent food back to be redone with another 3 wanting to return theirs for poor quality but too hungry to wait another hour and a half to eat again. The only meal that was enjoyed among my group was the club wrap. But the poutine, fish tacos, and burgers were not good at all. If the restaurant was 7$ cheaper then maybe it would be worth it but the price point they are at for food quality doesn t line up.
Bottom line is ether improve food quality and speed or reduce prices because Hamilton has way too many places to compete with that are much better quality and price.
Wish I went to east side Mario s literally connnectwd to the building.
