I should have a option for ZERO RATING.. JETSPOT Truely deserve it...
Sick of their customer service and their entire service. Once you take new connection, then Customer service never ever pick up the call at all. You must need to visit their office in Chandrasekharpur for any issue. Whoa, are we living in 1990s???
It's been more than 2months, they are not fixing the Fibre optic connection. They are saying if you want it on priority pay Rs 2000/- otherwise they will take their own sweet time. when I asked what is the ETA, they say they don't have ETA. So I take new connection with additional installation charges of 3000/-, just after 1month connection broken and t hey are asking for 2000/- more.
MORE INTERESTING thing is that they publicized stating that Chandrasekharpur, SailashreeVihar network connection are fixed where we are in Sailashree Vihar but just to give connection to us, they MUST BE PAID 2000. Is it LOOT?? You may think that we might be in some remote location of Sailashree vihar (its funny as it seems) but for information on the NEAR DAV and on SAILASHREE VIHAR ROAD itself :-) What better location one can ask for ??
Hope JETSPOT MANAGEMENT TEAM is EDUCATED and SMART ENOUGH to READ AND UNDERSTAND this review and our frustration and try improving their service drastically.
