Not happy with the service. They sent my PC to the wrong address, despite me telling them my new address 2 times. Got my PC eventually over a week late. Asked for a discount, got none. If you use these guys make sure they have your current address, you might have to do this 3 times. Bit disappointing, I've used these guys for years and this is the first problem I've had with them. Goodluck.

[Edit - after calming down, I confess the new PC does run like a dream, and they were helpful with a few issues I had, so I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I would say what level of service you get comes down to the individual sales person you get on the day. I've had more positive experiences with them than negative. ]
