My company was awarded a job by this company. We spent 3 months going through the general protocol of setting the project up, submittals, approvals, etc. Bauman assumed we were providing installation services, even though that was not indicated anywhere on our bid proposal or any other documents, and when we informed them that we did not offer installation on the project, they pulled out of the contract. We billed them for the services we did provide (like any company would) and they refused to pay and were quite rude and unprofessional. Beware! I would give them zero stars if I could.
