Whether going to Centro for Happy Hour, Monday Pizza & Peronis or a leisurely meal the food is always delicious! Pizza, pasta, appetizers, martinis, local beer, soup & salad you name it and I guarantee you ll like what you order! Was very impressed with the bar menu - enjoyed one of the best Caesar salads I ve eaten. Perfect mix of ingredients and sauce; add the anchovies! The grilled salmon entree was a full meal, super delicious and well complemented by a double hopped IPA.
