The 1 star is for the superb location. My most recent stay was the worst of all. The rooms are definetly not worth the price. I paid for a supreme room but got a run down cell that had mold growing in the ceiling and the tub was chipped. Toilet was from the 18th century. I'm not sure if I was the only one that experienced such discomfort. Get it together Hotel Penn.......
