Sascha is super friendly and explains everything really well. She's very trans friendly too, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all around her for pre-op hair removal - she was very helpful in explaining how much more we had to do every session and clearly has a passion for getting rid of hair (almost obsessively ). Can absolutely recommend!
