Milford Auto Group has had my car for repair since Jan. 8 (today is Feb. 11). The problem is electrical and thus not due to bad driving or an accident.
I ve now been without a car for nearly 6 weeks. I ve had no word from them, or from Jeep, about when I should expect to get my car back. I ve been offered nothing to compensate for the massive inconvenience or to suggest that it makes any difference at all to them.
I will never, ever purchase another Jeep. I advise anybody looking to buy a car not to buy a Jeep. While I m stuck with this one though (assuming it is returned to me at some point) I will, in the future, take it somewhere else.
