Hi everyone - We went to Universal Studios yesterday and i just want to recap the events so to save others from frustration. First off there is no one in the park that works there that speaks english so you better have google translate ready. If you buy the express tickets, everytime you go thru lines you have to scan them, enlrage them, reduce them, go to the next ticket. IT is a pain. We bought the most expensive ticket and the expense ticket and were still excluded from 3 rides that you have to buy individually. That is all great but they dont tell you about that until you are in the park and you cant buy it there. The problem is not the Japanese, they are extremely percise, intelligent & sophisticated, the problem it is an American company running the place. I would never go here again!
