I have had nothing but great experiences with PMP. I ve dealt with property managers and customer service and both were amazing. I called in to ask some questions about the new entry system being put in the community and was helped by a woman name Crystal. She addressed my concerns and let me know how I could speak to the board. This is what customer service should be. Amazing experience.
