Disappointing experience for my 93-year-old dad. His driver drove him all the way to Greensboro this morning only for Lupton's office to tell him they called and left him a message at 8am today (on his home phone) that they cancelled his appointment for today (which was at 10am). They had already left the house. That's just not acceptable. I'm sure they would have charged dad a cancellation fee if he canceled with two hours notice. He won't be going back. Nor will I.
