Karen is the most useless staff person I think I have ever seen literally a 10 year old that transfers calls to people who aren't even in the building....it's like 500 sq ft . Went 8 months without a oven house had no insulAtion whatsoever bats got into house multiple times And rodent infested even if the house was spotless.
