In May 2019 we booked a wellness chalet that was built in 2019.

We felt very comfortable, the condition, the cleanliness, the hygiene, the facilities, the location ... was absolutely great.

For this reason we booked the same chalet again in September 2019.

However, we were very disappointed with the deteriorating cleanliness on this holiday.

There were toothpaste stains on the bathroom floor, all the radiators were covered with a thick layer of dust, all the windows were stained inside and out, the garden table was stained with coffee, all the white walls were stained with lots of stains. Just a couple of examples.

Since we have a small baby who is crawling and puts a lot in its mouth, we wiped the floor shortly after our arrival.
We used up 5 buckets of dirty water.

This negligence in such a short time with the cleanliness is a shame.

Despite the final cleaning, we first spent our vacation with an almost 2 hour cleaning afternoon in order to feel hygienically comfortable with the baby.

Furthermore, the door to the freezer compartment was broken when we arrived, so we couldn't use it and couldn't freeze anything.

We reported this to the reception immediately, with the feedback that the repair would be taken care of as soon as possible.

After a week we went to the reception again to point out the damage 6.

During our 14 day vacation no technician came and repaired the damage.

Actually all small things, but unfortunately a bit annoying.

The cleaning company must urgently work on cleanliness!
