I could give 5 stars to the doctors and nurses at Rose;However Ms Bethany Hughes the director of case management made a stressful situation worse by denying my health advocate and my self the right to speak about my husband's medical condition. She said we were unqualified to discuss his medical status, she refused to look at me or the health advocate. Ms. Hughes tried to bully us saying we were being manipulative, as we tried to obtain in home services for my husband who had just had triple by pass surgery . Her attitude was aggressive and antagonistic, and unprofessional for dealing with patients and families under severe emotional stress. she is not culturally sensitive.
