Had a cabin booked in October for my birthday, can...

Had a cabin booked in October for my birthday, canceled it online but I was charged $500 anyways. The park was closed because of unsafe water. I have called and left messages, emailed them, even contacted them through their constant Instagram posts and no reply whatsoever. Going to sue them next.
