I took our 2011 Honda CRV for an oil change and tire rotation. They did that and charged me for it. Then they told me I need four new tires. AFTER charging me for rotating the tires, they let me know that it was unnecessary because I need to buy four tires. When the service manager e-mailed me asking how everything went, I replied and told him. I have had absolutely no response from him. I definitely feel that they ripped me off for performing unnecessary work. I was waiting in the shop. They should have told me it was time for four new tires before rotating my old ones.
