Gross incompetence and unbelievably rude staff. I've been hung up on multiple times after employees failed to answer my question and then failed to connect me with someone who knew more. Moreover, they've recharged me for tolls that I've already paid and continue to send me bills in the mail for tolls my online account shows have been paid. People famously complain about the customer service they get from telecom companies like TWC. NTTA could give them a run for their money. Seems they're in a race to the bottom. Given the problems in billing stated on other bad reviews it seems a class action civil suit is in order for this group. I'm certain they have harmed a great many Texans either through incompetence or intentionally malicious business practices, so maybe it's time a lawsuit was brought to reform their behavior.
