Please don't engage them if you are looking for a quick completion. They are very very sloppy in communication, hard to catch hold of them on phone and email. Usually you can't speak to your case worker and it will take at-least 2 months for the remortgage to happen. They also will try to ask for some non trivial document which you wouldn't have usually supplied with any of the remortgages in the past and will slow the process.
