This place is great, due to the adoptions, the treats you are allowed to feed the animals (that is a very nice touch, that they definitely enjoy), and the ability to open the cages and actually interact with the animals.

That being said... The care for the facilities is extremely lacking. It does appear that they put more money into salaries and not enough into maintaining the facilities. Seriously, a little sweeping, mopping, cleaning up where they dogs defecate, and landscaping (to remove all of the mud) would go a long way.
